Jo will lead you through a fusion of Pilates and Yoga flow then a relaxing Yoga Nidra and breath work.
After a short break Maddie from Seroni Yoga will join us for a truly wonderful relaxing sound healing .
The Casson room brings the perfect ambience.
After this we will have time together to enjoy delicious refreshments to support good gut health, chat and chill!

Welcomed with coffee and enjoying your surroundings into Power pilates with restorative stretch bringing supple strength to your body and a feeling of deep controlled release.
This will follow with yoga nidra meditation and relaxation.
We will enjoy time chatting, relaxing, enjoying delicious seasonal nutritious food then venturing out into nature for cortisol release and fresh air.
